How this site handles your data
Two forms collect information here, and only if you choose to fill one in. This page says exactly what they take. Everything else is covered by the main TrustLayer privacy policy.
TrustLayer privacy policy
The full policy, covering how TrustLayer collects, stores and processes personal data across the business.
What the demo form collects
If you request a demo, we collect your first name, last name, work email address, organisation and organisation size. Optionally, whatever you tell us you are trying to solve, and the name of your partner or reseller if you have one.
We use it to arrange the demo and follow up on your enquiry. If you name a partner, we will share your enquiry with them, because TrustLayer sells through the channel and they would normally handle the commercial relationship. If you would rather we did not, leave that field blank or tell us.
What the report request collects
If you ask for the full breakdown of your Shadow AI Risk Check, we collect your email address and your six answers, so we can send you the report.
What the Risk Check does not collect
The six questions and your score are worked out entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us and nothing is stored on a server unless you separately ask for the emailed report.
If you share your result, the link contains only a six-character code representing your answers. It carries no name, no email and nothing that identifies you or your organisation.
Who processes it
Both forms are handled by Formspree, which receives the submission and forwards it to us by email. Formspree is a United States company, so submitting a form involves a transfer of your details outside the UK.
The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file, as it would on most websites.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Contact details for making any of those requests are in the main privacy policy.
